The first patent dispute case on the STAR Market

On March 22nd, the first batch of enterprises accepted for the STAR Market was disclosed, and Anhan Technology was on the list.
In early May, Chongqing Jinshan accused Anhan Technology of infringing on eight of its patents.

After analyzing the lawsuit materials, Anhan Technology filed a request for invalidation of eight patents involved in the patent infringement case with the National Intellectual Property Administration on June 20.

However, in the 8 patent litigation cases, only 6 patents were completely invalidated. The remaining 2 patent cases will continue to be heard, but the review period for Anhan Technology only has 3 days left... It had no choice but to withdraw!
