Zhang highlighted the ongoing significance of mentorship, urging participants to use this training to enhance their skills and integrate knowledge with action. He emphasized the importance of passing down knowledge to trainees, fostering a sense of professional pride, and building a team of “master craftsmen” who excel in both moral character and professional expertise.
