Since our establishment in 2000, we have prioritized providing a professional experience to you - our clients. We specialise in patent and trademark procurement, invalidation, and all forms of Intellectual Property litigation. Additionally, we provide IP strategy planning, IP counseling, IP research, IP innovation assessment, and IP investment services.

In 2025, our team consists of nearly 600 members, with around 80% specializing in patent prosecution, litigation, consulting, trademark and copyright services, and IP operations. The team includes PhDs, postdoctoral researchers, and over 70% hold a master’s degree or higher. It also features experts such as members of the Supreme People’s Court IP Case Guidance Research Base, national leaders in patent information, senior analysts, asset appraisers, and IP judicial appraisers.

We have provided professional services to clients such as Gree, State Grid, Mengniu Group, Geely, and Tsinghua University. Our service quality and efficiency have earned widespread recognition. As of today, our annual filing can up to 20000 applications.

With many years of practicing experience in Intellectual Property litigation and a sense of responsibility to provide customers with high-quality legal services, we have won lawsuits through reasonable litigation strategies, achieved many classic cases, and won the praise of the industry and the recognition of customers. • The patent invalidation case of “The World’s No. 1 Saber” was selected as one of the “Top 10 Invalid Cases of the Patent Reexamination Committee of the National Intellectual Property Office in 2008.”
• Undertook the patent overseas early warning project from the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, which was reported by Reference News.

Charitable Donation and Educational Support — Sanju Sunshine Carries Out Poverty Alleviation and Educational Assistance in Qing Sanying Township, Chongli

“Helping the poor and respecting teachers and education” is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and an essential part of China’s socialist spiritual civilization. On October 20th, as the construction of the bathhouse project at Qing Sanying Township Boarding Primary School in Chongli—funded by Beijing Sanju Sunshine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. with a donation of 163,000 yuan—was completed, several company representatives traveled over 250 kilometers to Qing Sanying Township in Chongli, Hebei Province, to carry out poverty alleviation and educational support activities.
