Job Description

1.Review the application documents and office action responses drafted by patent agents, providing feedback and revision suggestions according to the company's quality inspection standards;

2.Regularly summarize the review results and conduct briefings and training sessions for agents on typical issues and cases;

3.Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's patent quality improvement initiatives;

4.Other tasks related to the above responsibilities.

Qualifications

1.Familiar with Chinese Patent Law, Implementation Rules, and Patent Examination Guidelines, with strong logical thinking skills;

2.Extensive experience in patent agency practice (e.g., guiding patent agents or assistants in drafting or responding to office actions), patent examination experience, or experience in corporate patent quality auditing;

3.Preferably with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Physics, or related fields; other exceptional candidates will also be considered;

4.Experience in patent invalidation, litigation, or related areas will be considered an advantage.
