Job Description

1.Responsible for handling the company's commercial litigation cases, corporate governance, and non-litigation matters related to investment, financing, and mergers & acquisitions;

2.Organize the client's existing case materials, conduct case analysis, retrieval, and collection, formulate litigation plans and strategies, and assist the client in collecting, organizing, and investigating additional relevant materials;

3.Responsible for case process management and answering legal questions from clients;

4.Responsible for drafting all legal documents for the case and representing the client in court;

5.Handle relevant legal affairs for consulting clients.

Qualifications

1.Possess a lawyer's practicing certificate with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with certain civil and commercial litigation experience and the ability to independently handle cases;

2.Law degree with a bachelor's or higher qualification, possessing a good legal background; experience in intellectual property law is preferred;

3.Strong legal document writing skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to independently draft legal documents and communicate with clients;

4.Adhere to law firm management, practice in compliance with regulations, and have a strong sense of the overall situation;

5.Honest, upright, conscientious, and a team player.
