Job Description

1.Independently or by guiding assistants to complete tasks such as patent searches, drafting new application documents, and responding to office actions;

2.Coordinate with clients and inventors to provide patent-related consultation services;

3.Review patent application documents for key clients or complex cases;

4.Train and mentor new employees.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, master's degree preferred;

2.Relevant majors include Mechanical Engineering (Vehicle Engineering/Physics/Mechatronics/Automation, etc.), Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics/Computer/Communication Technology/Electrical Engineering/Semiconductors/Artificial Intelligence), Chemistry (Polymer/Analytical Chemistry/Electrochemistry/Oilfield Chemistry), and Biomedicine (Biology/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Analysis);

3.CET-4 or above, proficient in reading foreign patent literature;

4.Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent teamwork abilities;

5.Patent agent qualification or practice experience preferred.
