Job Description

1.Handle domestic trademark inquiries, applications for registration, changes, transfers, renewals, reexaminations, oppositions, cancellations, and other related tasks; manage trademark registration, changes, renewals, transfers, and other business activities;

2.Handle other copyright, authorship, and customs record-related business connected to trademark matters;

3.Participate in projects related to well-known trademarks, famous trademarks, and consulting clients.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above, law major preferred;

2.Familiar with trademark laws, regulations, and related procedures, with more than 2 years of trademark agency experience;

3.Possess good logical analysis and communication skills, responsible and diligent in work, with strong teamwork spirit;

4.Have market awareness, proactive in work, and able to independently handle client consultations and case management.
