Job Description

1.Handle the entire process of patent dispute cases, including patent invalidation, patent administrative litigation, and patent infringement litigation, including strategy formulation and implementation of specific plans, such as evidence preparation, drafting official documents and client communication documents, attending oral hearings or court trials, etc.;

2.Guide patent litigation agent assistants in handling the above cases in this field;

3.Conduct business negotiations with department clients as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

1.Master patent examination, patent litigation, patent administrative enforcement, and other relevant patent laws and regulations; be familiar with both substantive and procedural provisions of these laws, and be able to effectively apply them to solve issues in relevant patent disputes;

2.Over five years of patent agency experience, patent examination experience, or court work experience;

3.Bachelor’s degree or higher, Master of Laws preferred;

4.Clear thinking, good language expression skills, responsible, strong ability to handle pressure, willing to accept challenging work, passionate about patent work, and highly proactive;

5.Preference given to those with a lawyer's certificate, patent agent qualification, or experience as a legal assistant;

6.Engineering + Law dual degree background preferred;

7.Preference given to those with experience in patent invalidation and litigation case representation.
