Mainly engaged in the writing of patent application documents in technical fields such as machinery, electromechanical control, metallurgy, and metal materials, responding to examination opinions, filing requests for reexamination and responding to reexamination notices, patent information analysis, and patent infringement analysis, etc.
Responsible for the training work of the agency department, participated in the formulation of the "Agency Department Training Course Schedule", which covers patent search, patent writing, OA response skills and litigation courses related to writing, etc.
Served as the team leader of the Gree group in the agency department, responsible for the main communication with the IPR department of Gree, organizing OA video conferences, and monitoring deadlines, etc. At the same time, I was in charge of the overall quality control of Gree cases. I have been responsible for multiple projects including Gree modular air conditioners, range hoods, and steam ovens. Additionally, I organized regular OA response discussions and project case layout discussions for the Gree group members.
In 2018, I was stationed at Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances for two months to conduct quality inspection work on cases from four departments: Home Air Conditioning Department, Commercial Air Conditioning Department, Household Appliances Department, and Smart Terminal Department. After the quality inspection work was completed, I summarized and organized the cases and completed the report "Common Problems and Modification Methods in Patent Quality Inspection". During the quality inspection period, I was also responsible for training new IPRs from different departments on writing and responding to OA.
Responsible for the practical training of patent agent examination for new employees of the company every year; once assisted in teaching the elective course "Introduction to Intellectual Property" for undergraduate students at University of Science and Technology Beijing, and was the main lecturer for the course "Basic Knowledge of Patents and Foundation of Application Document Writing".
