Recently, the All-China Patent Agents Association organized a training session for newly qualified patent agents, where Sanju Sunshine President Zhang Jiangang was invited to teach a course on patent reexamination and invalidation proceedings. As a seasoned expert in the intellectual property (IP) services industry, President Zhang Jiangang deeply understands the importance of talent development for industry growth. Within Sanju Sunshine, he prioritizes the mentorship and training of young patent agents and has been invited numerous times to deliver lectures for prominent enterprises, universities, and regulatory bodies. Recently, he was appointed Chairman of the Talent Development and Training Committee of the Beijing Patent Agents Association and selected as a member of Jiangsu Province’s IP Training Faculty. Over the years, he has actively contributed to fostering and advancing talent in the industry.
