Regarding the issue of trademark protection, Mr. Zhang introduced that start-up companies need to pay attention to the consistency of the firm's trade name and trademark when applying for a registered trademark. Even if the company name is not used as a trademark, the company's business name should be registered as much as possible, and the corresponding rights should be obtained to avoid confusion between consumers and customers in selecting goods and services, leaving hidden dangers for fierce market competition.
